How do I find the correct replacement part for my machine?

At Reliable Aftermarket Parts, we make it easy for you to find the correct replacement part for your machine. Our website and parts search tool are designed to work efficiently with the manufacturer's part number. To ensure you order the right aftermarket replacement part, please have the manufacturer's part number handy when you search our catalog.

What if I don't have the manufacturer's part number?

If you don't have the manufacturer's part number, we recommend checking your machine's manual or contacting the manufacturer directly. The part number is crucial for accurately matching the replacement part to your specific machine model.

Can I search for parts by machine type or model?

While our primary search function relies on the manufacturer's part number, you can also search by machine type or model. However, for the most accurate results and to ensure compatibility, using the manufacturer's part number is the best method.

How do I know if my order was submitted properly?

I received my order, but the part looks different than the picture listed.

Can I include a note or special instructions with my order?

Yes. Special delivery instructions, alternative shipping addresses, etc. are accepted upon checkout.  You can also call us at 888-672-7876 to confirm we received your note!

How do I submit for tax exemption?

If you would like to be tax exempt, please follow these steps below.

STEP ONE: Create an account  

STEP TWO: Place Order

STEP THREE: Please email your order number and a completed tax exemption form from your respective state to [email protected]. These forms require specific information about your tax-exempt status, such as a tax identification number or a certificate of exemption.

STEP FOUR: Wait for approval from our Customer Service/Accounting Team. If approved, you will receive a refund for tax on initial purchase and all orders going forward will be marked tax exempt under your account.  

Customer Service hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Processing and approval times may vary. 

I have an account but cannot remember my password. How do I retrieve it? 

You can reset your password by CLICKING HERE and it'll take you to the account login page.  Once there, you'll see "Forgot Your Password?", click on that to reset your password.  If you are still having issues, please contact us and we can manually reset the password for you.

How do I view my current account information? 

To view your account, click on 'Account' located in the menu on the top of every page. This will show your current contact information, shipping/billing address and order/billing history.

Can I return an item that is defective, damaged, or I just don't want?

If it does not fit, if you don't like the way it looks, AND if it is unused, we take it back, we refund your money and there is no restocking fee.  This return policy does not apply to glass or seat orders, for which there is a 20% restocking fee.  We will not accept returns without a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#).  


Please call 888-672-7876to obtain an RMA#.  In the event of damage, shortage, or any error on any shipment, please contact us immediately via phone or creating a support ticket HERE for instructions.  Please save all the original packaging! Any alterations or modifications void all warranties and returns.  


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Modified items will not be accepted.


Returns window to be extended for 2024 holidays

Similar to previous years, our standard returns window will be temporarily extended in anticipation of customers shopping early for the holidays.


Our 2024 Extended Holiday Returns policy requires that items bought between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be returned until January 31, 2025.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is included on all orders that ship within the 48 contiguous states. Some restrictions apply. Large, bulky, or overweight items that may or may not require LTL Freight do not qualify for free shipping.


Free shipping does not include Tariff, Duty, or Customs fees. Tariffs or Duty (the words are used interchangeable) is a tax levied by governments on the value including freight and insurance of imported products. Different tariffs applied on different products by different countries. National and local taxes, and in some instances customs fees, are often charged in addition to the tariff/duty. 

Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery

Only available for the 48 Contiguous States.


Order must be submitted before 12PM EST. If order is placed after 12PM EST, your order will be shipped the following business day.


Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are not included in the 2 Day Delivery window.


Inclement weather voids the 2 Day Delivery Guarantee.


Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery is subject to change at anytime without notice.

Limited Warranty

Reliable Aftermarket Parts is proud to offer a 1 (one) year warranty on all parts purchased directly on shopreliableafter.com.


During the warranty period Reliable Aftermarket Parts will replace parts that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This is strictly a replacement warranty. After return window, credit, cash, or returned method of payment will not be disbursed. 


This limited warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions, customizations, alterations, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

To obtain a warranty replacement, you must first contact us to determine the problem. Photos of defective part may be requested. Please open a support ticket by clicking this link.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?

On occasion, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, so we offer one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation: 


(1) Offer a BACK-ORDER and new estimated delivery date. You can wait for the new delivery or cancel the order for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. 

(2) CANCEL your order. In rare situations, new circumstances may come to our attention after the placement of an order. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time. 

(3) One of our customer service representatives will reach out if there is a similar item available (pricing may fluctuate on alternative parts).

How long does it take to ship out of the warehouse?

Orders ship out within 24-48 business hours on average. Normally same day if before 1PM EST.

How long does delivery to my address take?

Delivery is determined by the type of shipping you go with.
